Save the date! 12th November. A small committee has put together a half-day Professional Development
opportunity for all FNQ librarians and information professionals. Speakers are
coming from across library sectors in the region to talk about a range of topics.JCU has kindly provided us with a venue and all our speakers are
volunteers. We're just requesting a gold coin donation to cover the costs of
morning tea. Afterwards, there is an optional lunch planned at The Boathouse, on
the university campus. Put it in your calendar and start talking to your colleagues and boss
now! More information, including a program and lunch options, will be sent out shortly.
