THE 2020 EVENT HAS BEEN POSTPONED

DUE TO COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS

We are due to have a Professional Development Day in 2020. Can you believe it's almost been two years since our successful "Let's Get Visible" day in 2018?!

Pulling together a day like this takes time and enthusiasm. While the deadline to nominate for the working group has passed, we still welcome your input.

Planning for the PD event is under way. The theme is "Future-proofing our services". Timeframes are:
      30 May Submissions for presentations OPEN
      31 Aug Submissions for presentations - extended CLOSE
      15 Sep Registrations OPEN
      19 Oct Registrations CLOSE
      28 Oct FNQ LIS Professional Development day

We are seeking interest from members for presentations in the following categories:

• Future proofing library & information services sessions. 20 mins (15 min presentation with 5 mins questions)
• Skills for the future session. 15 mins (10 min presentation with 5 mins questions)
• Poster presentations
